EST 2026 was born from one of life's hardest moments.

In 2021, I lost my mum to cancer. She passed away in my arms in hospital — a moment that changed everything. The grief triggered a heart attack, and I now live with three stents and medication for life. Heavy lifting is no longer something my body allows.

But giving up was never an option.

Instead of letting my limitations define me, I found a new way forward. EST 2026 is that way forward — a brand built not in a warehouse, but from determination, resilience, and a deep belief that you can still show up for yourself, no matter what life throws at you.

Activewear isn't just clothing to us. It's a reminder that your body is capable, even when it's been through the unthinkable.
